I ate at Islands around 5 pm and before i even made it out of the restaurant i started to feel bad. I ate the no-blame tacos *that have no meat so i'm not sure how i got food poisoning* & some french fries and drank water... within an hour i was throwing up* didn't even make it home,that was lovely* with EXTREME abdominal pain, and constipation. 8 hours later @ 2 AM i'm sitting here still with severe ab pain, it was so bad it's woken me up like 3 times so far though out the night. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Verstopfung
