Arrived to the restaurant around 5.30pm last night, 04/18/19, ordered House Lo Mein with shrimps, pork and chicken; drank Taro bubble tea. Get leftovers home and ate it around 7-7.30 pm. Symptoms started around 11pm with abdominal cramps and nausea, then diarrhea started overnight, multiple times. Abdominal cramps in the morning and vomited 2 times in the morning.
Didn’t eat anything else yesterday since morning, as I spent all day in spa at Essex resort, this was the first meal after breakfast (had a croissant for breakfast around 9am the same morning). | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe
