Yesterday March 24, I had a roast beef sandwich, just beef and cheese at 1:30pm. And hour later my stomach was burning and I felt nauseous. Late into the night I started vomiting and had diahrea all night and morning. If it continues into two days, I will be going to a doctor. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
