Got the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Mcgriddle. Patty was too sweet, but didn't taste odd overall at first. Then after an hour I had to stop at the side of the road and threw up twice. Overall I was sick around 8 times, couldn't keep anything down. Lasted 2 days. Probably the worst I've ever felt. Didn't see a doctor since I was already 100% sure it was food poisoning. Please if you ever get food poisoning do NOT take an anti nausea or antiacid. It spreads the bacteria in the body and keeps it there. Throw up whatever you can and I hope no one ends up like I did. | Symptome: Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
