I had a 10 piece chicken McNuggets and medium French fries. This was around 8:30pm. At 12 I started having severe abdominal pain and at 2:30 I woke up crying because of the cramping I vomited. The next day I could not stop vomiting and had continuous abdominal pain and diarrhea. This has persisted for two days. My two friends who had the same meal have similar stymtoms to mine. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
