I was very busy yesterday and decided to grab a single cheeseburger and medium Coke Zero from Mc Donald’s in Blanchardstown. It was the only thing I ate all day and at 11pm last night the nausea and vomiting and dirraeha started followed by an awful fever. This continued until 7am this morning to which I got not a wink of sleep and am now bed ridden for the weekend. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
