Stopped at the mall food court mcdonalds for lunch. I had a big mac, fries, and kids meal chocolate milk. About 6/7 hours later I had the worst food poisoning I've ever had- watery diarrhea, vomiting, fever, couldn't keep anything down. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
