McDonald’s breakfast around 11am on Sunday 11th March 2018. Myself, mum and sister all had a double sausage muffin (no egg as they didn’t have any.) All 3 of us woke early hours the next morning suffering with diarrhoea and 2 of us with nausea. This is the only thing we can work out it must have been as the only other meal we had that day, an additional person ate with us and they have not been ill. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
