At about 5 pm on Friday, August 24, my 19 year old son purchased at McDonald's a quarter pounder and fried potatoes. After he ate the food he started feeling nausea in the evening and at 11pm he vomited, than diarrhea appeared and fever started. He vomited a couple of times. Then tried to sleep at night feeling horrible. In the morning he again vomited, had diarrhea and the fever was still there. Now, after trying to sleep he got up, had diarrhea again, still feels bad. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
