At about 5 pm on Friday, August 24, my 19 year old son purchased at McDonald's a quarter pounder and fried potatoes. After he ate the food he started feeling nausea in the evening and at 11pm he vomited, than diarrhea appeared and fever started. He vomited a couple of times. Then tried to sleep at night feeling horrible. In the morning he again vomited, had diarrhea and the fever was still there.
