McDonald's had a sale of 2 for $4 fish sandwich also got fries. My stomach was upset and 2:30 in the morning had the worst case of diarrhea. Also another episode around 3:00. Stomach now still a little upset no diarrhea yet. Wondering if any one else | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall
