At egg &cheese mcmuffin, breakfast burrito and sausage biscuit. I know it was McDonald's b/c both gf, daughter and toddler have diarrhea, gf and I have nausea and I have a fever. We all ate eggs. Children didn't eat as much and aren't as bad. We can taste the egg as it attempts to come back up. Take out date 11-19-16 | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
