Me and my friend went to mcdonalds plattekloof and ordered 2 grand chicken spicy meals with coffee's and very soon after felt symptoms of nausea. The next morning I woke up with intense nausea and had diarrhoea with a fever aswell as vomiting, this was Sunday. The next day I was not able to go to work as I started to experience a loss of bowl control. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
