I got a double quarter pounder with cheese and some fries with two strawberry pies after long day of work around 6:30-7. Around 9:30 I started feeling nauseous and then about 10 I started to have it all come back up. Needless to say I won't be eating at a McDonald's anymore cause this isn't the first time this has happened. :/ | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen

I had a strawberry pie as well (last one they had because they were so "busy") and I have the same issues
