December 26, my four year old son and I went to McDonald ordered a sausage egg sandwich after eating a few hours later I became very sick throwing up can't keep any food down also my four year old has the same symptoms very painful stomach aches unable to eat the last few days I wanted to make sure everyone know to avoid this McDonald's | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
