On Friday December 29 I went to north hill mall and bought two hard shell beef tacos with hot sauce on the side, and two slices of pizza (one Hawaiian, one pepperoni) from Mrs Vanelli, to go. I ate it later that evening, by myself, and I started vomiting around midnight and had fever and diarrhea for two days. I don't know what caused it but I think it was the Hawaiian slice of pizza. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
