Around 9pm Friday June 25th we stopped at Panera Bread for a late dinner. The evidence of a busy day with the tables dirty, there wasn't enough tea in the urn to fill my cup. Next morning stomach cramps and diarreah, and the day spent in bed running to the toilet, fever, nausea, and the 2nd day still in bed but recovering. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
