I went to Panera yesterday (Tuesday) and had a full chipotle chicken avocado melt. I noticed the chicken hadn’t looked very fresh and continued to eat around the parts that didnt look so appetizing. About 30min to an hour later I instantly had diarrhea and was throwing up. Later at night I had a 101.4 fever & It still has all continued onto today. I can never eat here again. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
