bbq Mac and cheese, I ate it for lunch about 10 hour before I got sick. It didn’t taste that great to begin with. Stomach cramps hit me out of nowhere. I had a bout of diarrhea and then could not stop dry heaving. I had diarrhea constant for about 90 minutes with the most intense stomach cramps. It’s been five hour since symptoms started and I have less cramps but still diarrhea. | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen, Andere, Krämpfe
