Ordered a cheesesteak without bread (ketogenic friendly). Arrived around 7:00pm on Friday April 5, 2019. Did notice something odd and chewy, but ignored it. Meat can sometimes have tough spots. Woke up violently ill at 1:30am. Continued to be sick 3 more times until 8:00am. 2 days later I am still shaking off the effects of this!! | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Erbrechen, Schütteln
