Picard's White Cheddar flavoured Crispy Potato Chip covered Peanuts. In the blue pkg. same family different Branch (manufacturer)Food Poisoning. Just me. Started to get sick about 9 pm about an hour or so after eating Picard's White Cheddar flavoured Crispy potato covered peanuts. Blue Bag. Yes the bag color makes the difference different family owner and manufacturing.
Bought a bag Blue White writing and gold detail. Picard's White Cheddar flavoured Crispy Potato Chip covered Peanuts. Monday afternoon while on a mini road trip, between Napanee ON. and Picton ON. This was the only thing I ate differently of 3 other people all that day. I ate the product that evening after supper about an hour or so after supper. Started out with really bad gas pain around 9 PM took 1 gas relief tablet and than a 2nd one 10 minutes later, moved onto Nausea, than to diarrhea, took 2 Pepto-Bismo tables and proceeded onto massive Vomiting. It got to the point my daughter called an Ambulance. I was afraid of becoming sicker and dehydrated. The Paramedics gave me a needle with Gravol(?) and gave me the option of going to the hospital or staying where I was. Great advice considering I didn't want to risk being exposed to Covid for obvious reason. I already contacted the company head office at Picard's that makes the blue packaged chip covered nuts and they thought it was unlikely but said he would look into it. Sent photos of the product Wednesday. Unfortunately it was disposed of in the garbage on Tuesday morning after I took photos. I needed contact info off of it. Like I said I was the only one who ate this product and we all ate the same supper but all had different snacks. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Andere, Gas
