I ate Nachos, Steak with fajita vegetables at 6pm on 06/30/2018, I began to have violent vomiting and Diarrhea at 233 AM that went on for well over 48 hours. I consulted with my physician and this is a food illness, I had not eaten anything after that and Have still not eaten anything and it is 07/02/2018. I was so sict that I could not work nor move for 48hours | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
