Lovely boat ride but upon arriving at the island was served shrimp, pork chops, chicken, and various salads. 30 minutes after eating the severe abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea began. Symptoms worsened over several hours and landed me in the emergency room with a 103 degree fever. After many hours and thousands of dollars later I was diagnosed with food poisoning and released back to my resort. I spoke with another guest on the excursion and found that she experienced the same symptoms in a similar time frame. Seems to me that I’m not alone in this situation. Makes you wonder how many other people experienced the same symptoms and didn’t report it. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe
