Ate: romaine, kale, broccoli, chicken(garlic and citrus), and balsamic vinaigrette. (I think the romaine was what made me sick).

Got symptoms 2/16 around 6am

This same exact thing happened last week when I had it. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
