I ordered a 6 inch philly cheesesteak and after 30 min I had an upset and bloating stomach. Tums didn't help. I had to sleep with 3 pillows because it felt like I would puke. It felt like the sandwich wasnt digesting even after I woke up the next day. Had upset stomach for 24 hours from this.Bought it on August 20 2019. I'm allergic to fish and shrimp and Worcestershire sauce has anchovies. I'm wondering if it contained Worcestershire? | Symptome: Übelkeit, Blähungen
