I got a sausage and egg little griller at 8:00am had nothing else to eat and started feeling stomach getting upset around 9:30. It gradually got worse I burped it up all morning and all afternoon it was disgusting. I started having diarrhea around 11:30 feeling nauseated and running fever around 12 and went home I finally started projectile vomiting minutes before 3 pm as soon as I puked it all up I immediately felt well. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen, Rülpsen
