Last Tuesday - at 6 PM - I ordered a Taco Salad - the shell tasted funny and the chicken tasted flat and very salty. I thought it was just my imagination and I was tired. 10 hours later I was vomiting, had diarrhea and breaking out in a sweat. After 2 hours of this I went to the ER. I received antiemetics and IV fluids and a note from the doctor saying I should stay home from work for 2 days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
