Last night, 04/12/19, my husband and I went to taco bell for dinner. I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme and a soft taco. My husband had the Supreme Burrito. I felt fine before eating the meal, but early this morning, I woke up with extreme nausea. As the day progressed I couldn't hold water down because I was vomiting so much. Then the diarrhea set in as I was trying to breathe from the projectile vomiting. I've never been this sick as an adult. I keep taking small sips of cold water hoping that it won't make me sick in the bathroom again. Even my rib cage hurts from all of the vomiting. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
