I got some food around 9pm from taco bell drive through. They were having computer issues and no one could figure it out because clearly they aren't Smart enough and don't deserve 15 an hour. Back to the food poisoning. I woke up at 330 in the morning and blew chunks everywhere. Projectile vommit. As soon as I finished that, I had a massive explosion out my arse. It was bad. I got back in bed with the girlfriend and felt like a dirty fat slob that smelled like puke and shit. I'm currently laying in my bed and couldn't work today because I've been pissing yellow fluid out my arse every 30 min. Sometimes every 15. May need hospital care if this continues. I will never eat taco bell again. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
