I ate Taco Bell with a friend on Wednesday evening. Early Friday morning I was vomiting profusely and having diarrhea at the same time. This lasted from 4:30am to 12:00pm twice an hour till I went to the ER. I continued to vomit all that day and now, 4 days later, I'm still having diarrhea and barely have enough energy to get up to go to the toilet. I have never been so sick.
