My friend and I ate at Trevi and the food was awesome - I had the Trevi salad and vodka sauce ravioli. She had the same but a Caesar salad. A few hours later I was vomiting profusely and I still have chills and slight fever. I'm assuming it was the salad, maybe the lettuce? Since we both ate the same entree.
