I bought ground beef from Walmart on Hudson Bridge in Stockbridge GA. I also bought Preggo traditional sauce, Mueller's thin spaghetti and Heinz Worcestershire Sauce. I made spaghetti for dinner. My son threw up around 3:30 a.m. and the following day I had diarrhea and so did my daughter. My son threw up for a couple of days and couldn't eat. My daughter and I never threw up but had severe diarrhea. I bought the items on 3/31/17 and today is 6/4/17. We are slowly healing. We still can't keep anything on our stomach. Even water is a problem. As I type this my stomach is rumbling but not as bad as the last few days! | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
