I ordered baked potatoes and sour cream around 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. on Sunday April 29th, 2020. I had not eaten anything else that day. I began to get a headache and stomach upset within the hour. By about 5:30 or 6 p.m. I was feeling pretty badly. I had to drive several hours to get home. By 10:30 p.m. I began to be unable to move due to fatigue and upset stomach. My back also hurt. I had some chills. By 11:00 p.m. I began to have the most horrific nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. This went on all night and half of the next day. I was incapacitated for 2 to 3 days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kopfschmerz, Schmerzen im Magen, Schüttelfrost, Ermüdung
