Jr. Bacon cheeseburger meal with lettuce and pickle. Only meal to have lettuce and the only person out of three that is ill. Diarrhea and vomiting started less then 12 hours after eating the meal. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
