I had a 4 for $4 at Wendy’s. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap that came with Nuggets, Fries and lemonade. About an hour later I came down with the worst stomach ache ever followed by diarrhea. My entire body hurt and I had a fever. I went to bed because I couldn’t bare the pain and then I woke up at 1 am and vomited. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
