I had Wendy's around 12pm on Saturday July 7th. I ate a 4 for 4 with a chicken go wrap. I only ate that, my fries, and hi c. I did not eat my chicken nuggets because I began feeling sick and nauseous pretty quickly. I had bad diarrhea twice within the hour and have been nauseous all day since. I am still nauseous and sick at 3:30AM. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
