Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich around 11:30am Sunday, got home and the sandwich tasted "metallic". I assumed it was from the wrapper. I took maybe 5-6 bites and couldn't finish it. Became sick 6pm later that day. It's Tuesday and I still have not fully recovered | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
