Ich habe letzte Nacht um 19:30 Uhr eine Crunch Wrap Supreme Combo mit Supreme Pommes Frites bekommen, wachte am nächsten Morgen auf und hatte den ganzen Tag Übelkeit, Durchfall und Schüttelfrost, bis es außerhalb meines Systems war  | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Schüttelfrost
