On 10/1 at approc 1.40 pm, ordered foot long ham sub on honey oat bread. Added spinch, lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, mayo and tzaziki sauce. At 9 pm began throwing up with stomach cramps then by 10 pm had diarrhea, vomiting and fever.
