I ate a quarter pounder meal at around 3:00pm today and about 30 minutes later I began to nauseous and my stomach began to hurt a lot. It has been 8 hours and I only continue to feel worse. It was the only food I ate today so it is the only thing that could be causing my discomfort, ever since I have had diaria and a fever . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
