I ate a SB panini yesterday for lunch, at midnight I woke up with a pain in my stomach.I spent an hour throwing up and diarrhea.I tried to lay down but repeatedly visited the bathroom until 2pm...it was exhausting.My stomach isn't 100% yet, I'm currently under a blanket hoping it will go away.
