My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm. He vomited all what he ate and had to go to bed after that.
