Nov. 28 about 6pm Ate Chicken Meatballs with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Carrots, Purple Cabbage. In an 1-2 hour stomach cramps, then nausea and vomiting, then severe diarrhea. Food was served slightly warm!
