I ordered Chop Steak, green beans and house salad w/blue cheese dressing at approximately 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2019. After having coffee the following morning around 9:30 am, I became ill with vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps and headache as well as mild fever.
