My girlfriend ate on 11/29/2019 at 8:30pm. She got a bowl with Carne Asada Steak, Chicken, Guacamole, and Lettuce. 8 hours later she has terrible diarrhea, cramping, fever and nausea. I had just a chicken quesadilla and am ok right now so think it was the steak or lettuce.
