The UPCs are 50428318034 and 41220164578. The CVS brand has a use-by date of 11NOV2025 with the batch code T11LMYC, while the HEB brand has use-by dates of 11NOV2025 and 09NOV2025 with batch codes T11LMXC and T09LMXC respectively. The recall affects approximately 16,500 units.
