Due to a hectic day all I was able to consume was a barbacoa burrito with black beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and medium salsa from chipotle grill. The next day I was on the toilet at least 15 times. It is now a day later from symptoms and I still have a loose bowel movement.
