I got a carnita bowl with fajita veggies, both rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. I had the worst nausea I’ve ever had in my life and my symptoms lasted 3 days. It started a couple hours after I ate it, and it was the only thing that could’ve caused it.
