I ate at Panera on May 11, 2016. Shortly after my stomach didn't feel right and I had diarrhea. The next day I had abdominal pain all day and by nightfall profuse vomiting. I ended up hospitalized from 3am on the 14th until the 17th. I ate the broccoli soup and Turkey avocado bacon sandwich.
