Date: 1-26-16 I had a Tofu Buritto with rice , guacamole, cheese, salsa
1-27-16 I became nauseous and my stomach was in pain
1-28-16 I left work early due to nausea and started diarrhea and vomiting at the same time for over 10 hours straight I'm currently in bed sick!
